I Represent Planewalker Studios and we're working on an Indie title known as Siege of Inaolia(which is a 3rd Person, wave based survival with character progression .... Its complicated okay). Siege of Inaolia tells the story of 3 Heroes and their unlikely alliance to protect Inaolia, the Massive abandoned fortress of the Crimson Knights, against the Orc(and Later on Daemonic) Forces, The game takes place in the fictional world of Iliastra where humans and orcs wage war for dominance with Inaolia being the only thing keeping the Balance of power in the hands of the humans, The game allows you to take control of one of three heroes, Duncan(Crimson Knight), Draeldos(Rogue Wizard) and Esaya(Thief Queen), Each with their own back-story, fighting style and mechanics.the game has two primary modes :
One being story oriented and focusing on the three heroes, their bond, their struggle and their eventual victory against the forces that seek to destroy Inaolia, in this mode we aim to have a well written story(unlike most survival games) as well as fully voiced characters(The actors have already finished up Act 1 of the Script) against a fixed number of 30, Story Driven waves in the massive town fort of Inaolia that focuses on players and their ability to 'learn' the layout, learn which 'zone' would be good for which particular enemy type(not to mention being a 3 player co-op experience) Two being a smaller, focused mode, with an infinite number of waves of enemies the primary goal which would be to stay alive, all three classes are available in this mode but this would be an exclusively single player mode(though we are thinking about co-op for this mode as well)
Currently we are in alpha 2.5 and have some initial grounding set for our story mode as well as our first survival arena completed, right now tho we are focusing primarily on the 'survival arenas' to get our initial structure and foundation for our game set up.The team is not only about creating a potentially genre changing game but also about helping the members out when we can, teaching them the dynamics of working in a team and when viable teaching new techniques to each other, The project is perfect for someone looking to get their portfolio nice and beefed up, someone looking to break into the Industry or someone who feels confident in their abilities but never had the chance to show it.We are currently looking for the Following :
Programmers familiar with Unreal script and Kismet and a decent understanding of UDK(would be required to create custom cameras, build experience and leveling system, save and load, line of sight and melee hit tracking system among other things)

I would advise to edit the first post to add the embedded video from your blog using the 'insert video' option. I really liked the demo but many ppl would be too lazy to download it. Also the programmer requirements are a bit 'vague', put the kinds of stuff you want them todo etc. Good luck, I like your concept and hope I get to play it one day.
