Where can i download something that will extract the Ut2004 module file into zipped files so i can manually install the mod?

Why would you want to do this anyway? Try searching that phrase in google.

Why re-zip the files after extracting them from the UMod package? I'd just add the unpacked files to the current Unreal/UT/UT2003/UT2004 CD I'm making.

The programs say they are for UnrealTournament, but since the internal file structure hasn't changed any since Unreal, I've successfully used those programs on Unreal, UT, UT2003 and UT2004 files.

Sometimes UT2004 umod files wont install at all. It happened to me while i tried to install some mods. After unzipping a umod it just stopped with no error or whatsoever. strange...
