There is a problem with the split translation and rotation part for an object.
I found myself in a big problem when trying to make a round rock roll of a hill. The animation would roll forwards and then next key backwards and so on while i keyed them all to roll forwards but somehow it just didnt do it.
I believe it was the Y axis. Then when i turned my mesh around and used the X axis instat it worked perfectly fine, i tried the y axis again and it failed ones more.

I'm sorry for the quick explanation as i'm currently in college working on my udk project.

Look in the properties of your movie animation and check mark the box use QuatInterpolation. If you are doing a 360 rotation I have found it best to do 90 degrees at a time.
