Again, I have a problem with UDK, The lightshafts work the glass of the window, but also the golden part, and that is not suppose to happen.
Could anyone please help me, this is a screenshot:

The spotlight behind the window renders lightshafts only.

Thanks in advance!

since lightshafts work as post processing effect you get those rays effects from everything that is lit from that light source
if you want to make some nice light "cone" for your window just make some static mesh for it
there are some lightcones static meshes in UDK so you can check materials etc they used

Ah, there is!
there's a couple things you can do.
1) You can make the thing that's bright behind the window further away and set the Occlusion Depth Range.
2)Or, make the outside brighter than the inside (Which it would be if there were light shafts visible, right?) and adjust the Bloom threshold

Really, I'd do both, personally.

3) Also, you can limit what pixels get shafted by using the light's radius (Only pixels within that envelop will get shafted)

I basically made a bright deal, put a light under it and adjusted the threshold so only the bright pixels were effected:

I have tried you options, the problem is that:
1) When I use your first option this happened:

(The lightshaft looks terrible because you can see the glass in the lightshaft)
2) Not only stopped the lightshafts from the gold, but also the glass.
3) Same thing happened like in option 2.

anyway, thanks for your effort
