Is there any chance that simple things like turning on the flash of an iPhone or any mobile devices that have a camera light built on it will be accessible with UDK?

I've looked through UDK to see if any of these features exist, but I have not seen any implementations of them so I assume they don't, however I'm wrong please speak up :0.

Might be a bit of a stretch, but it would also be nice to have a render-to-texture actor based off of the mobile device cameras as well. Just throwing that out there.
