View Full Version : How to get Health to display correctly?

I'm currently attempting to make a HUD in scaleform and I have everything in place with all the Action Script and Unreal Script but when I test the health it doesn't scale down correctly.


This is what it should look like when the player has full health.

This is what it looks like when the player takes damage.


And this is how it should scale down when it takes damage

Any ideas to help me to get to where I need to go?

You cannot scale a round image and get the desired look in this scenario. It just won't work. In this case, you're going to need to use one of two options:

1. a mask
2. a keyframe animation

Yeah I already had the keyframes in I just didn't know how to implement it into uscript but found out you can use GoToAndStopI so it goes to the frame relevant to the health.
