View Full Version : how to attach a skeletal mesh to a character's back.

currently trying to get my weapon displaying on the back of my character, i have sockets set up correctly, but i'm not sure how to actually make the skeletal mesh attach to the socket, can someone tell me step by step how, or provide a link to a tutorial?
edit: this is a pic to show that i have the socket setup correctly, i just don't know how to get it to attach ingame.

The cinematic video tutorial covers this in the bot setup vid. Basically you place both skeletal meshes, then turn on socket snapping and click the socket you want.
