View Full Version : UDK Materials - BLEND_Modulate not working

Hey,

I am setting up a grunge decal material using a color channel texture. When I set the Blend Mode to BLEND_Modulate I get the error: Dynamically lit translucency is not supported for Blend_modulate materials. I dont recall this happening in the UT3 editor... any ideas why this no longer works? I cant seem to find an option to to disable it to be dynamically lit.

I am having the same issue. I asked this question in the Eat3d forums as well.

You set the lighting model to unlit in the material's properties to disable the dynamic lighting and get rid of the error.
