How can i put a character model in the editor to see high large a player is compair to the map???
in the cod editor you can set a soldier in the editor so you could see how big the map is.

Find the skeletal mesh for the character in the content browser, select it. Then in your perspective viewpoint (bottom left) right click and do add skeletal mesh actor bla bla bla.

Is there also a way to create a brush witch meters instead of units???
I want to rebuild a building.

Or is it possible te import models from 3ds max?

You can use actor x plugin for 3ds max to export it as an ASE = Static Mesh. Or you could use these numbers:

You don't need the plugin, max exports to .ase natively
