So I have not built a layout I like yet due to many factors but one of the biggest issues I have is scale. Still got Unreal scale on the brain and those numbers turn out to be quite small for GoW MP design.

Does anyone have an idea on what good scale numbers should be used for level size, large combat spaces, etc...

The main combat area of Gridlock is about 4500 units across, and that was pretty much our metric for an open combat area once that map came online.

Try middle-click-dragging in a viewport to use the "ruler" tool, then just open some existing maps and do some quick measurements.

Bump....

been seeing some posts that say I can add Marcus Pawn to the level to judge scale and distance, how do I do this... I looked in the actor class menu but could not find it ...

Just Select the Marcus static mesh in the gen browser, and then right click and place static mesh. That's what I do.
