People really have to b*tch about every info drop don't they? If you want a certain pre-order character, Ebay is your friend. Ebay will be flooded with the characters upon launch, so you don't have to buy several copies of the game. There will also be giveaways on the forums (they only really ended for GoW3 a month or 2 ago) so there's plenty of chance there to get them too.

Like people have said, yes, they probably will be released as DLC with minor tweaks; the Classic Hammerburst is almost certain to be an unlockable/future DLC. Just think of it as early access though, it's a perfectly reasonable pre-order incentive to me. With GoW3, you pre-ordered the game at specific retailers and got early access to characters which wouldn't be released for another 4-6 MONTHS as DLC. Yes, they had a colour difference, so your pre-order characters still stood out.

There's really no issue. Just be happy.

This is true. I'd like to know where the best place to get it is. I'll likely just pick up mine at my local Best Buy and do midnight release. It's 1 minute from EPIC games. A plethora of EPIC folks will be there. It's a win win. I get to meet some people who made the game and they get to meet a wicked cool guy (ME). LOL. Plus they usually give out alot of cool stuff. Unless they do a beta where you have to pre-order at one of the other places.

Yeah, I didn't purchase the game at every location, but I did manage to get codes and trade with people that had what I was looking for.
I know not everyone could get their hands on codes and trade because of scammers, but after all the trading I did they released the characters just in different colors.
In the end, I hope they don't do the same in Judgement and keep the exclusive charactes exclusive to those who purchased the games else where and traded honestly.

There isn't a problem with getting multiple codes, but I don't recommend trying to trade on the Forum because I tried and got in trouble for acouple of days.
It's not that EPIC doesn't believe people are trying to trade, but they don't want people to get scammed and cry to them for something they can't control.
Good luck to you whenever the game is out and you are trading because your going to need it because it took me about 2-3 weeks to get all of the characters.

(Pointer: Don't try and get a lot of the easiest characters/pre-orders....the harder/more exclusive/rare characters can make it so you can trade for multiple codes.)
