Level 1500 Radriar for Rare Fire Gem HELP

Is it possible to beat him while only being in OG? I'm level 101 but I can only get him down to 10k before times runs out. I just don't think I can do enough DMG. Seems like this is meant for NG peeps, but the prize gem will be godly for me!!

I tried at level 76 OG and got wasted both times, I've leveled up to 82 but sounds like it wont be enough. My NG save is still level 70 something so I could be out of luck on this one.

If you have good enough gems, he's a COMPLETE doozy. Easy as hell. My advice is to level up your gems as fast as you can.

This is crazy. I can't parry him, block, or dodge for nothing. My Siris just won't respond quickly enough to me. I feel like he has a 80% or more slow Siris gem. I have NEVER lost to Raidriar in actual game play, but this guy keep kicking my butt. For a stinking +300 gem? I'll try one or two more times then screw it.

After about 12 attempts I managed to beat him, but just barely. I don't want to seem negative, but I doubt that this is a win. It is too hard for most players. If it was a Rare Fire Gem +500 I could see it being this difficult, but I can get +300 gems out of chests and titan drops if I'm set up for farming with the right combo of gems. Just doesn't seem like the reward matches the difficultly level.

Hope I'm wrong though.

I doubt it too. 1500 is too ridiculous. I remember the first Fusion Helm event had a Raidriar like this. Except this time I can beat him thanks to my heavily upgraded Rare round gems.

but I don't see anyone except people with high NG levels (200-500 probably) or heavily upgraded gems like me beating this guy however many times he needs to be beaten for victory. Maybe if it was a "Do a sh** ton of damage to a really tough Raidriar" it would be winnable.

Old Game! I killed him and clock stops at 99. I just practiced dual and killed level 2450 GK right before reading this ... so I rushed to CM and found a ridiculously easy GK there to be slain.

About GK, only his 360 move is troublesome to me... Still need more practice. Love this pic by Silver and Bladet!

It is possible...OG lvl 98 and managed to win despite just having rainbow defence and two +200 attack gems. Tiring fight though... too drained to play anymore IB for today.

And yeah... dont think its possible to finish this one. =(

Beat him 4 times at OG level 104. Used a buttload of attack and HP booster gems and it's NOT easy, especially when he goes into his step back combos... This is insane, but a good way for the veterans to flex their muscles when everything seems a bit easy in CM. Also had to equip the Darkfire gem to ensure added effectiveness, and a ring that heals you big time. This battle is NOT for the weak of heart. Parried, blocked and dodged like a madman... Whew.

Hi, sorry for my English I'm french :-) OG nearly 100 and NG 98 ; just beated him with good health (17000), about 1100 attack, 100 shield and 500 magic ; used special attack, dragor ring for health and that gem that gives you tour shield points back if you use magic. The thing is to take him health after each of his attacks otherwise you don't have enough time...

OG level 105 here, beaten 7 Radriars thanks to my awesome round gems (I have an round attack gem of +1050, 2 magic gems of +900 total, 2 health gems of +220 total). Remember NOT to use your Holy Band because against Radriar not only that ring deals 1/10th of its normal damage but you're healed by 1/10th of how much you'd normally be healed. Dragoor Scale is highly recommended, or if you have powerful magic gems, Ring of Man is good too.

Nonetheless, I'm perfectly aware right during my first try that lvl 1500 GK is simply too hard for most OG players. Even for people like me there's another issue: we'd need like at least about a minute to finish off 1 GK, as compared to the Rabid Nocs from the previous event. Accumulate this time difference for a day or two and you'll see how slow our progress can get.

Worse of all, it seems that we'll only get a +300 fire gem instead of +500 fire gem. Plus I'm still feeling down due to the recent Omega Armor event... well I simply don't know how much energy I'll spend on this GK CM event. As IB1 implied, an army of Raidriar is indeed a huge disaster...

i beat him at level 99 And still in OG. Just add a good parry damage gem and allot of parrying, i REALLY dont like light weapons and i can beat him. Not like he's a level 15000 ryth...

It's a great way to practice for GK club by learning his move sets

I nailed him with my 74 lvl character, you need attack gems though and managed to kill him in the last 10 sec.

It's pretty challenging and fun for my level.

I'm not sure what you mean by "coz we aren't in Ng?" The CM is for a +300 Fire Gem NOT, I repeat NOT, for a Rare Fire +500 Gem. There have been no CMs for +500 gems even though they were calling them Rare Gems. They changed the language slightly and in one of the announcements specifically said a +300 gem.

It doesn't matter if you are in NG or OG you get the same gem regardless.

What I mean is, based on past experience (there had been some CM events which give out elemental attack gems as rewards, but those gems were all +300 only even when the CM descriptions said that they were "very rare ___ gem"), I can't help but doubt if the CM reward this time is really a +500, though by all means this CM is so hard for us that we should be rewarded a +500. Still, if you are a patient gem forger, a +300 can be helpful too in your quest for a rare darkfire gem.

Let's go we can do this! Although the numbers don't look good though Put in my fair share on my lvl 230 NG 5^7 Siris who had pretty much crappy stuff lol. Had to deal with a minor bug, kept on telling me that I didn't have the IB equipped even if i did, I had to load my OG character into CM just to make the damn thing work, anyone run into the same thing?

I do agree, 37500 level 1500 Raidriars are too damn hard. Nevermind the fact that he's the hardest titan in the game to crack, but also it's really hard to beat him at his stats. He was cake for me, but it's way to damn hard for a CM IMO.

OG 275, 1755 attack, 301 magic (although I used the Holy Band cuz I was too lazy to change it), shield 81, health 31900, killed the bastard in 30 seconds.

Given his attack speed as a lvl 1500 boss, without using Titan speed 90%/80% gem it is impossible to crack his two stepback combos using Light wep, isn't it? Urgh if only I can use Dual, I love practising cracking his 360 degree stepback combo with Duel. And of course with dual, his 4-diagonal-slash stepback is rather easy to crack, which is something Light wep can't achieve as easily.

Huh, his 4 hit stepback is to hold your left dodge for the 1st two hits, then right dodge, then right dodge again. Light + Shield can do that too.
Also, his 360 degree can be dodge with Light+Shield as well, instead of crounching the 360 degree hurling shield 1st hit, try left early. Then hold left again for the next 2, then swipe up.

Actually (for the 360), If you have enough shield points and a TB gem, do what Ravine said but block the last attack. Block breaks are like dodge breaks insofar as they are hit based- I think with 1 titan break, a BLOCK BREAK!!! is 7 hits and a BLOCK BREAK!!!! (note the extra exclamation mark) is 9 hits.

Thanks for sharing Here's another weird thing: apparently even with Light I can crack those two 4-hits stepback of GK's when facing off against OG GK, like Ravine and asian suggested. BUT the same successful method I used doesn't work on CM GK (always get hit on the last hit), possibly because of lag. During every fight against CM GK, the 2 character's movements are not smooth to say.
