Entire GOW3 player data corrupted

What was happening right before the issue occurred?: The game had frozen while playing a private 4-player horde match on Sandbar. When we restarted the Xbox and went into Gears a week later, one of our Gears of War 3 character data had been corrupted and completely reset.
What is your NAT type?: Medium

We've owned and played the game since day one, have recommended (and made) friends purchase it so they can play with us and share in the amazing experience that is the Gears of War franchise. Sadly, the whole incentive to continue playing is to level up your character, acquire new skins, ribbons (I only needed two more ribbons, and I had re-upped once). With such a game-killing glitch, I will not be playing Gears of War 3 any longer unless you can restore my data (username: Big Papa Chavez). Furthermore, unless there is a guarantee that this issue gets fixed in the next installment of Gears and in any further games from Epic, I regret that I will not be able to spend any more money on your products.

I hope this gets fixed! We have enjoyed the Gears franchise immensely over the years, and I would very much like to continue enjoying it.

This is a bummer, but unless you had some sort of backup there's no way to restore your data since its corrupted. Sorry for your loss :/
