Both the Kryll and the Berserker. I still remember the first time I saw the Berserker in Gears 1...made me jump out of my seat.

When I played GoW2 for the first time, Maulers were the most fearsome Locust to me. Now I think the Lambent Berserker and gen. RAAM are the most scary

Berserker, without a doubt. But Gears 1 wretches in the imulsion factories definitely come as a close second.

Not so much the beserker for me but the lambent wretches in the factory was terrifying

I'm a shame to say it but Raam's Kryll just the thought of something ripping you apart with sharp wings is just scary...

I would say Sires - they are feral and deformed, constantly twitching like a Regenerador in Resident Evil 4. If you ask me, the scariest monsters are malformed and twichty masses of flesh, like The Thing... kind of like a tortured, living variant of a zombie or something.
