Still waiting for the torren bug fix...
I've been unable to play IB2 for a couple of weeks now becuase i have no original save and I don't want to restart a rebirth 1. So I'm kinda hoping that with the amount of time this has taken are they adding some cool new features like extra sky cages? Or are they simply just not doing anything about the bug?
Some people don't understand certain technologies; we call these people "noobs", and we pity them.
This is Chair it takes them forever to a fix a bug.
And even when they finally release an update they still don't fix bugs. Look at the unattainable items still in the game after 2 updates. So stupid.

Plug in your iDevice to your computer and check itunes if you had a previous backup from before you encountered the torren bug.
If so, first create a backup of the current saved data (just in case), then restore from backup from the older saved data, your torren bug should be gone now. Worked for me. If all else fails, restore for backup from the most recent backup in the first step I said.
Next week it is going to make 1 month that the game is stuck at the beginning with Iron Hunter
And since I got stuck I stopped playing until Chair releases an update.
I'm thinking of a few possible reasons as to why Chair hasn't released a hotfix yet. VERY unlikely, yet a possibility:
1.) Perhaps they are adding a few new things along with the hotfix? Then again, very most likely not.
2.) Chair is busy working on IB3, and have set the bug fix aside for later.
3.) Chair was working on making VOTE!!! The Game instead of fixing a game-breaking bug.
4.) They just don't care at all.

Yup they just need to supervise or something. The controls are made by ChAIR, I think, and they still need to see if the story matches up.They apparently have nothing to do with dungeons
That game-breaking bug is really a mess though. Took 20 minutes to fix it - it was likely that the bug would take really tons of time to get fixed

I just remembered today... if you watch WWDC's Keynote '12, you'll see that iOS 6's Game Center will bring a new functionality that allows you to play against each other in-app. I think Epic is going to use that and, if I'm right, they will not only release IBD shortly after iOS 6's release, but it's likely they will show it in action upon the new iPhone's release. Either that or IB3

I'm really surprised Apple let Epic show off Dungeons knowing that it was months and months away. I'm sure they lied to Apple and said it was close.
Now you will have at least one if not more new iOS devices released before you even get the game you showed off on the iPad 3.
I really hope that Infinity Blade 3 doesn't ship until late 2013 so they have time to actually make the game playable and less bug ridden than Infinity Blade 2. If they force it out the door in December prepare yourself for a terrible experience.
Again and again Chair and Epic show that they just don't give a **** about this franchise. The updates are buggy and contain next to nothing in new content. They leave game breaking bugs in place for months and months without a fix.
Back in the early days of iOS gaming this was more understandable but not today. Small studios can get fixes out in days. But a multimillion dollar company like Epic can't seem to fix a little game like this for months.
