I don't see why not you have four Human people whether it be guest of not. Should work

Yes. But isn't it extremely glitchy? I got it early on, but a lot of people say it still isn't unlocking.

I played a few chapters when someone else had a guest signed in, and the chapter said I've done it on 4 player.

For some reason, my achievement unlocked when we finished the last chapter, even though I hadn't finished 1 chapter on act 3
