custom model online

does anyone know why a custom model would not show up in an online game?

i can't get the model to show up online,

but wait, i was playing today and someone else was using the same model and i could see him using it,
and he could see my custom model, but when i die or use 3rd person view, it shows default jacob model,

i was wondering what causes this

Do you have skin precaching turned on in your settings?

yes i do,
i also tried several servers, but it still doesn't show

Skins do not show up online if there is a space in the name of the skin. I think special characters also creates that problem.

I can see my Deinonychus model when I play online.

What custom models are you using for online? I'll check the UPL files for some mistakes occur.

I was looking for an online link to the package i was referring to,
but this pack also has some characters with from the same collection

some of the models work online and some don't

like The Thing doesn't work online, but Wolverine does,
I will have to upload the other pack because I can't find a link on the internet,
it is comic pack 2

ok i just seen the spaces in the menu name of the character for the ones that do not work online,

my next question is if i delete those spaces and res-ave the .upl,
i guess no one else would see any of those custom models from that pack of character models,
(like a version mismatch)
would i have to res-ave as a different version?
if so, a newer version should be availble
