    make mutator that makes the water go up in every sec for example 2 cantimeters in 1 second (can be configured in mutator settings) and set how much damage will deal on players when he enters water in configuration menu there will be option also that make if the water will deal damage only for vehicles or deal dmage only at players but when player in vehicle will not deal dmage on him and his vehicle if you want make that the water will dont deal damage on players and vehicles then set damage level to 0 and set the water model (lava or water)
    I dont like the new smilles

    That only works on specifically scripted maps, not by a mutator as its impossible to code.

    I know there are some maps but dunno where they are.

    I could imagine that it's possible to lift fluid surfaces and water volumes per mutator, but changing their size is a bit more difficult I suppose. Most maps only have the water volumes cover the specific areas and not the whole map, so something like rising water needs special maps too.
