looking for COMPETITIVE players/teams/clans

Ok, so I've been on a long break (months) from Gears. I tried getting into all the "scrims" and such hoping to get on a competitive that would go to MLG tourneys and such. Yet, no one really gave me a chance and that was very disheartening. So I just kinda stopped playing Gears.

I started playing again a couple days ago and remembered very quickly why I love this game series. But I've once again run into the same problem of having no one to play the game with. Playing with a bunch of morons that don't communicate against a stacked team of 5 is just no fun as you can't really win that way.

So, like the title says I'm looking for a team of players that are competitive and all about running strategies on different maps, working together, etc etc.

Preferably I'd like a team with people that are 18 and older (I'm 24) as I don't like playing with what I consider kids.

I play mostly RANKED TDM. (But I was a huge warzone junky back in Gears 1)

I'm more of a support player that sticks with the team and provides cover fire/holds down positions/guards the leader with the lancer. I will push the enemy if necessary like at the beginning of the match or going for a power wap/map control. I prefer more of a flanking/surprise type of rush though as I prefer that over head to head fights. I do believe I can hold my own though as I have a 1.7 K/D and 1.4 W/L in Ranked TDM playing mostly as a lone wolf.

I spot anyone that I see and communicate as much as I can.
