Cannot start UDK installer.

Hello!

I tried to install the latest UDK but as soon as the small picture appears i get UnSetup is not respoding.I tried all the available releases, the MD5, Different compatibilities and run as admin.Latest GPU Drivers, not beta

I am on Windows 7 Ultimate x64
4 gigs of ram
Intel core i3 2,8ghz
Geforce GTS 450 2gb.

If you have visual studio open .mdmp with it and post what it says
When it stops responding do you get the option to wait or just close the program

No, i don't have visual studio.
Just closes the program. Now i found out that when i run it in Xp (sv pack 3) mode nothing happens.Just the picture appears and that's it.
When it's on win7 now it tells me it may be not properly installed and the 2 options.
