I was wondering how I should go about Character Morphing? It should be a smooth transition from Model 1 to Model 2 much like what EPIC show in this tech demo below. I don't really know if it's possible to do it AS smooth, but something along those lines at least.
What I am asking for, is how I would accomplish this...like what classes would be interesting for this?

It's not morphing between two different models. Just one model with a really really nice DX11 material.

I haven't the slightest clue how you'd go about setting this up in UScript, but I'm sure with some research you can figure it out
