    Angry Help this n00b out

Hi, everyone. Well, I've been having this little thingye problem where I try to overwrite one of the .ini files from the UDKGame folder, when I try to unlock the file protection it says ''you will have to give administrator permissions blahblahblah'' then I click yes, then it says that the file protection is off, but when I try to overwrite the .ini file it says that the action is not allowed, so I check the file protection and the damn square mark that shows protection on/off is still on.
Im running an Intel i3, 4Gb RAM, almost 500 Gb of hard drive, 1Gb Nvidia EVGA GT520, and with Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bits.

    Any suggestions?
