Achievement Issues

I Have completed all Campaign Acts in 4 player Co-op and i have yet to get the achievement. I have gone through every Act with 4 players. Here is the Proof- [url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IEkJUqCZjAQ . If theres anything i missed mabey can yall please let me know. My GT is IROC2X10

I had the same problem with 'I've Done it all'. The achievement popped when I joined a friends game. Maybe it will work if you try that.
