I've been playing Gears 2 to try and scrap some of the more difficult achievements I missed like "Annex: Now With Execution Rules" and the bots... They are unbeatable! They take so many bullets, switch weapons instantly, and just pull the inconceivable.
Were they always this bad?

Yeah it used to be terrifying if you were the last alive on your team against a bit and you were kind of expected to win but at the same time you knew they could easily embarrass you. I remember making this thread on the subject..

The bots on GoW2 were ninja's. If they ever got to the Torque or Longshot before you did you were screwed. I lost count to how many times I was supermanned (not like that you filthy lot) on Canals by both weapons used by bots. I think my favourite bot superman was when I was on Jacinto back from spawn running up and mid roll I got headshotted. My body did a slingshot from the bottom of the stairs through the window where the grenades spawn.

I'd take gears 2 bots over 3 anyday. The bots on 3 are brain dead. It's especially difficult when you're playing execution or warzone. At least in 2 they actually did something. They're not that tough if you just use the cover system.

i woudl rather the bots be godlike and not waste 3 1/2 min walking aroudn shooting at cover. Warzone/Execution waiting two bots is like pulling my hair out piece by piece

Yes they've always been this bad and whats with their 100% acuracy?! I get so mad when a bot gets a headshots me with a boomshot or a longshot a mile away.

I'm so pissed right now. I've been trying to get Annex cheevo for like two weeks now and those invincible bots make me wanna knock something over.
I'm a very calm and hard to pull out of control person, but the amount fo BS I've experienced since two weeks ago is out of limit. I think I'll try to ensemble a team of players to get this thing done.You can call yourselves my fellow gears!
