    Default Network Demos and demorec

    Hi,
Some friends and I are looking to make a game based on UDK and the ability to record network demos is very important to us (competitive multiplayer fps). We were wondering if anyone knew what happened to the demorec function from older versions of UDK and Unreal Engine. It seems to have been removed from the UDK at some point. Is it still possible to dump network information to a log file using Unrealscript?

Who told you it's been removed? It hasn't.

Hasn't been removed, and it continues to work just fine.

From memory, console commands, demorec <demo file name>, demostop and demoplay <demo file name> all works.

Test on May 2012 and they do work in the UT3 example.
