This goes somewhat in this forum due to Judgment being a "future" game.
A RTS that combines the free-building and worker class of Starcraft with the simplicity of Halo Wars, with the awesomesauce of Gears.
The campaign will be in two parts, the first part will have the player take control of the Locust forces, while the 2nd part will be played from the CoG perspective. (Kind of like Starcraft in-which you play as all 3 races)
The story will take place after the Lightmass offensive following the Locust as they rise again to fight the humans, their campaign will go through Skorge's rise to power, the sinking of Ilima, all the way through to the assualt on Jacinto.
The CoG campaign will start with the evacuation of Jacinto, the battle of Vectes, all the way to the assualt on Azura.
Both sides (CoG and Locust) have 2 resources they can use for making units and buildings. (Food and Imulsion) Both sides can generate Food by creating CoG Farms, or Locust Slaughterhouses. Imulsion however needs to be mined by either the CoG worker, or the Locust Miner. (Two Imulsion mining sites are at each base at the start of a match and at certain points on the map)

Imulsion Sinkhole: Select an area on the map, and any units in the selected area will fall into a pool of imulsion, killing them instantly. Half the Food cost of the units killed will be converted into Food for the player (example: 3 units killed which cost a total of 300 Food will give the player 150 Food
*Lambent Seeder: Spreads Imulsion fumes that can heal Lambent units that aren't in combat

There is more stuff I can add, like:
Individual upgrades for units (like drones upgrading to Grenadiers)
Heroes: Theron Elite, RAAM, Skorge, Marcus, Hoffman, Cole, etc...
Costs per unit (CoG Gear = 75 Food, Centaur tank = 350 Imulsion, 200 Food)
Neutral/Hostile units (Stranded, Lambent)
But I don't feel like adding too much stuff.
So what do you guys think? I would seriously...(lol pun) love a RTS version of Gears of War, we always had the squad, individual view of Gears, but don't you want to know what else was happening when Marcus and Dom went underground to sink Jacinto, or how about the battle of Azura when Delta went inside to find Adam Fenix.
