Gears of war 3 Online help.

Hi my gamertag is I Synq I
I got told to post this because i have been having issues with my gears of war 3 account i bought the fenix rising DLC yesterday so i could Re-up so i Re-up today and when i finished a match my friend invited me to his game and its says i cannot play online and check my settings so i checked them there all normal except when i press back on the menu only Local and system link are highlighted could you help me thanks.
Also ive spent hours researching this on forums and google.
Much appreciated if you can help.

Could be that you need to sign in to Xbox live. Com and check your " online" settings. Could be set to strict or something I don't remember them exactly. That's my best idea.

Sounds like a ban to me.

If you want to see if your GT is on the ban list and want a reason for being banned you can click the "Contact Forum Admin" bar at the bottom of the page.

Ok will do but i didn't do anything wrong to be banned unless it was a mistake

We here on the forums here this quite a bit. Thing is you don't need to just mod your account to earn a ban. You could also be banned for idle boosting (rubber banding) in a public match. Forum members don't know the situation though, so it's best just to contact the forum admin with your GT and ask if you are banned and if you are what it is for. Hope this helps.

Also, bans are irreversible.
