    Default Lighting question

    Hey everyone! I have a quick question about how to set something up lighting wise.

    I want to setup something similar to this (from one of my maps in HL2):

    Anyone know how I can do this?

    Also, if anyways has Portal 2, would you mind taking a look at a few of my maps? I know, kinda random :P but I would like as much feedback on them as possible d

    That looks like lens flare mixed with a volumetric effect using a cone mesh, though it's really hard to tell because it's a mostly dark image and the angle is funky.

    Okay. Sorry about the weird angle, it's the only pic I had in my Steam screenshot library :/ but thanks!

    it's prefab, with lamp model, volumetric light cone, and lens flare.
