yeah im pretty new to windows 7 but havent yet noticed this on any other app yet,
but if i put my mouse pointer to the top of the screen (to minamize or something) the mouse get stuck there and can only go left of right,
any1 else have this issue? or know of a solution?

no prob. its been an ongoing issue until they released the july 2012 update
