speed tree import failed...Help

hey guess made a cool looking tree in speed tree did the compile thing, installed new Udk july! and I'm getting a import failed message when i drag the speed tree srt file in to the content browser, a quick google search has proved useless, i cant be the only one with this problem. The tree did appear once but with no verts or tris. please any advice would be awesome!

Are there any other speedtree assets that you are able to import with no issue?

no just the one I have compiled it a few times and tried to import it in to different (newer) versions of UDK. still get the same result though, import failed.

Would you be able to put that speedtree asset somewhere for me to test here? i.e. Dropbox or something similar and link?

It will fail on import if you are using the Demo version of speed tree that comes with UDK.

I got side tracked for a while. I emailed speedtree, UDK ships with a full game version of speed tree, there are plenty of tutorials online showing how to import speed tree's in to UDK. However I am still getting a "import failed message" any ideas guys?
