How so?
If I was caught in a Molotov explosion - it wouldn't matter how I was moving. Rolling, running, walking, jumping, doing a hand stand, picking my nose ect
I'd get put on fire and would have to do the stop drop and roll in hopes to put it out.
Gears isn't going to give us that function, so yes you should die. Just because you're rolling doesn't mean you shouldn't get put on fire (in Gears case die). It's a liquid spreading apart everywhere with fire igniting it. When it hits the ground that liquid will go up in the air, to the side, on the ground, everywhere. So in the air or not it's going to get you REALISTICALLY. Fire with a fuel source will NOT go out easily.
Get a glass jar, fill it with water and throw it. Water flies everywhere. Now change water to a fuel source and a ignition source - you now have fire going in all directions - including up.
Edit: To the childish Youtube user. Please READ my post. You call me out on why whole "it's realistic because of xxxx" and go off on how it's a game and realism doesn't apply. Read the OP's message. I disagree with the OP. I think people are getting confused between the hitbox evade issue and this. This isn't a hitbox evade issue, he was caught in mid-air by the Incend and got killed - that's fair. The hitbox evade issue is where they throw the Incend where you're originally standing, you roll and still get killed due to the hitbox not updating. SMH.
It is the evading hitbox issue, not the grenade at fault here.

They just need to fix the evading issue. Other than that, they're pretty fine in my opinion.

That's like saying rolling into frag should give you no damage because your rolling, the fire is great and they should keep it the way it is.
