For a legitimate solution, you would want to code the control in and this is not the section for help with unrealscript. If you don't mind hacking it, set up a matinee that rotates the cannon and hook up an event to play it when the analog stick is pushed forward. Reverse it if you want it to go in the opposite direction. You'll be able to set the limits pretty easily with the matinee.

thing is im learning from eat3d's tutorials, the ios game development videos and he seems to create a game using just kismet... now after following his videos.. he is controlling his plane with the iphone controls... but he is only using one mesh that rotates up and down and turns left and right... im trying to seperate the function so that the up and down control one mesh and the left to right control the other... i have it working except one thing... the rotation of the up and down gets reverted back to its original postion and rotates from there.. i basically want to keep the position locked so that when i rotate left and right i want the other mesh to carry on from that position and rotate up and down from whether position its got too... does anyone know the kismet functions for this because this atm is stopping me from creating my game any help would be grealy appriciated
