Only receiving partial credit for silverback spending

I have been working on level 3 silverback for a little while now and a few weeks ago I played my profile on a friend's Xbox that did not have the DLC which of course reset my silverback progress to max level 2. Since then I have been getting maybe 1/3 credit for any money spent, ie lastnight I spent over 170k and was credited with 50k. What can we do to fix this?

Also it keeps resetting our score to zero after every wave. What gives?
BTW XBL has informed me twice that it is an in game issue that Epic must handle so please do not tell me to go to them again.

The amount of money that Actually gets put into the progress bar is affected by the current difficulty setting.

The higher the difficulty the more gets put into it.

This. Mutators also affect it. Hard mutators increase it while easy mutators decrease it.

What has been said above is correct. Essentially your XP multipler, which is denoted by difficulty and mutators, also affects how much of your cash is actually attributed to your fortification progression as well as XP earned during the match.

The two posters are right-if you play with three easy mutators(unlimited ammo,super reload and instagib for example),you would only get 25% of your money towards your fortifications. I usually use Super reload,enemy regeneration, and vampire so I get 95% of my moolah-helps when you're trying to max your fortifications.
