Gow2 veteran gear achievement and gow3 member of the old guard medal

short and sweet- i have the veteran gear achievement in gow2 (reaching level 100) but did not receive the member of the old guard medal (obtained by earning the veteran gear achievement in gow2) nor the gold weapon skins in gow3 (also obtained by earning the member of the old guard medal) please help. i have already contacted microsoft support and was told to post here--Thanks in advance

Just wait for the servers to update,you will probably get the medal in mostly 24 hours from the time you obtained the Veteran Gear achievement.
