gears of war 3 beta skins wont show up

My skins and playable character Cole train aren't showing but I participated in the beta way back when it was open how do I get this problem resolved

You had to do more than participate. There was one set of parameters to unlock it for use in the beta, then you had to do something more specific in order to keep it for retail. If you unlocked him but didnt play the required amount of games after unlocking him, you lose him for the retail version.

Also, you need to have saved the beta files. If you deleted the player data from the beta, it's permanently gone.

You cannot contact them asking for codes either, as many people exploited this.

Microsoft no longer give codes, they stopped long ago as it's fishy since you should've said this closer to the game's release. People exploited it and as far as i know some people a long time ago were turned down due to this but i was lucky enough to get them back.
