Looking for a programmer that Knos Unreal Script, Animtrees and Kismet

Hi. I am looking for a programmer that knows how to use Unreal Script and knows how to program things like weapon base codes, climbing code, movement code etc. And is also familiar with custom character integration in UDK. My team and i have created all the assets and models needed for the game, so all thats left to do, is to create the script and the levels. We are going to start on the level design, once we found a programmer. The game is planned to be released on steam at the start of next year. This is when you will receive your money. Each member of the team will receive 5% of the profit made through the game, and will earn some additional reputation for their portfolio. The only other prerequisite, is that you are fun to talk to and you are dedicated.
