Team Arctic Is Recruiting!!

Hello everyone, I am recruiting for my brand new Game Battles or competitive team known as Team Arctic. If you are too lazy to watch the video (We all have that feeling) Let me tell you our goals here
Basically the team consists of my three friends and I. We have had little experience in GB and competitive, but we have all been playing for a long time (Everyone since 07 or 08) We know the maps, we know the weapons, we know the mechanics, we know the game. We strive not only to win, but to learn. I'm going to tell you right off the bat if you think we are going to go 15-0 from the start, HIGHLY unlikely. Obviously we all want to win, but if we lose, we will examine what we did wrong. We all have wonderful team chemistry and like each other. We are mainly an Execution squad, but are making to move to KoTH soon. Here are some of our requirements
- Keep raging to a minimal (You are allowed to rage, just don't go overboard and deep throat your mic, I hate that)
- Respect to other players and don't go over board with trash talking
- Some experience with the game, know the priorities
- There are no age requirements, but if you are a whiney 13 year-old highly unlikely that you will get in.
- Be social! So many times where I have played with people from the forums and they don't say a word. We are all friendly here and like to joke around often
