They got something right the first time. Every game since has been based of the first. Now its a billion dollar franchise. Im not saying there hasnt been any improvments. Wall cancel, hammy 2, servers, rifles that will actually kill someone lol. But for every right I just feel theres been 2 wrongs. Mantle kick, fragplants, retro (without fall off dmg) multiple playlists that track stats, stun radius on ink, kill radius on incendis and so forth.

I was Bacon before bacon was cool.
I fear that all focus on Gears of War 3 will disappear. Meaning, no more Gears 3 DLC, events etc.
And less people online in Gears 3
I am the only who laughs when an Asian says 'Election' ..
Honestly, I'm worried they wont change (fix?) how the hit boxes update. It seems like they pre-lagged the game. Better hit boxes would solve a lot of problems with the Sawed-Off, Mantle Kick, Gnasher, Boomshot, Longshot, Incendiaries, Inks, hell even the Boltok. Next they can fix weapon balancing and tweak (possibly remove,) stopping power and Active boosts.
Lastly, I can see the new controls causing problems, especially with switching weapons while running/rolling/wallbouncing.
I have two main concerns, though many have brought up pretty good ones. My first is after almost 7 years i'd love for the connection issues to be sorted out in general as well as the hitboxes. There is too much inconsistancy on-line, mainly sponging and laggy players that leave you saying WTF? I know i'm better than that!
My second issue is I've heard it mentioned in some of the Overrun videos that there will be some sort of leveling or progression system for your characters as far as their abilities and what's available to them. This scares me becuase i do not like games with this type of system which basically reward those who play more with better gear/weapons than the other guy to the point where it is no longer a level playing field. It's also scarry that this could carry over to all modes.
I like it where everyone is the same and it's based on who played better that game, not who has better gear/ more choices that game. I hope that i'm wrong about this so if i am some one please let me know.
I'm worried they still have the 'Gears 1 MP was horrible' mentality.
I just hope they build on the successes of Gears 3 MP and attract are larger number of players. I hate versing the same bunch of people over and over again.
Im worried about
Class based multiplayer (keep that in overrun only)
please epic, hear our pleas! Gears isnt as good as it could be right now and your already developing another game and gears 3 hasnt even been out for a year yet! Please fix the problems before making another game and PLEASE dont cater to another video game fanbase just because they will play the game for a month. O cant tell you how many people got gears of war 3 and left within the first month because they werent interested. Cater to those who have been around since the beggining...
My concern is every weapon will continue to be over-powered.

Yes I am looking forward to Judgment. But NOT because it's Gears.
Waiting to hear what the epic edition will be :what:

I'm worried about the controls, nothing i hate more than huge button changes.
Character: Alex Brand/Carmine's.
I'm concerned about the campaign; it better be good. I loved all three campaigns (Gow 2 my personal favorite), and Judgment must have an equally good and long campaign, otherwise I'll be very disappointed.
Locust, forever!Gamertag: Nuclear Polaris
Rank: 100 (Re-Up 3)Remember the fallen; Remember the Locust!
There's no Gears of War for me without the Locust.
My biggest concern is the Retro Lancer and SO. If people like these weapons they can always go back to Gears 3 but as far as Judgment goes, Epic has a fresh start and I hope they realise it.
God, I hate these weapons... Epic should try to introduce new weapons but they clearly made a mistake with these two.

The Ninja Gaiden franchise even died after the developers catered to the noobs.

Im concerned that they will split the communtiy with dlc again.
Gears of war: 1250/1250
Gears of war 2: 1750/1750
Gears of war 3: 1900/2000 Level 400
Gold Gnasher/Gold Lancer
It's meant to be fun, otherwise why bother playing?
My other concern is continuity.
If Judgement is meant to be set in the early years, why are we seeing Locust that didn't appear until after Gears 1?
Tickers, Kantus, Maulers etc.
Story-wise I'd love to see a stripped down, Gears 1 style game in terms of enemies.
Only Drones, Snipers, Grenadiers, Therons, Boomers, Wretches, Reavers, Seeders and Brumaks.
With the ground forces coming in large numbers and the larger creatures used as bosses.
Funny thing, right now in Europe you can't find ranked KOTH. Yea, you all heard correctly, you can't find 10 players playing ranked KOTH.
Sawed off, retro, and unbalanced maps.
Old School: Show Love, Get Love.
2) Those locust were around before Gears 1. Marcus hadn't seen them before, and they were just a way to introduce you to the newer guys you hadn't seen. For Instance, Baird knew about Therons before Gears 1. Tai knew about Tickers. Etc.
Inflated ego = inflated mayhem.
I just hope some of the featured options in the focused mode at the moment, don"t make it into regular VS. Because it would the same mode without generators.
