Insufficient Permissions

Every time I try to download the U.D.K from any server as soon as it finishes I get the Insufficient Permissions thing from my Google Chrome browser. What do I do? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Is your downloads folder set to "Read Only"? If it is, turn that off, if not, try changing the location for downloads in your Chrome settings.

If all else fails just use a different browser. This is a problem specific with your computer's settings, nothing to do with the UDK.
