Demo won't run due to 'missing package'

I finally found all the files needed for the Blade Coven faction in this demo I'm trying to run, but it still won't start. I have the UTGameUI.int, UTCustomCar.ini, and CH_BladeCoven.upk. The demo says "Missing package UTFamily_BladeCoven" every time I try to run it. Help?

The creator's download links were deleted. Thanks for the first link though. It wasn't working a day or two ago when I first saw your post, but I can access it now. I'm downloading it right now and I'll see what I can do with it.
