In the campaign: No. He dies during the Battle of Aspho Fields, 2 years before the Locust Emergence.

In the multiplayer: Possibly. Although, given his lack of relevence to Judgement's story, we will probably see him as a bonus reward or DLC character as opposed to being on the disc.

He wouldnt make sense in MP either. All the characters in MP are from the campaigns at one point or another. Not pulled from decades past.

Five actually, Loomis too. Plus the big bad will make it six if it's humanoid and not some controlled beasty.

Commando Dom - Pendulum Wars era character. Mind you though he's a Dom variant. SK/SGE/Marauder/Sav. Hunter were unique Locust not in campaign.

It'd be great if they did an add-on similar to RAAM's Shadow except back when Carlos was alive, UIR vs. COG? I can understand why they wouldn't create an entire game on this but an add-on would tell more about the Coalition, and of Dom's brother, rather than making the fans read the book.

This, I'd say maybe not Aspho Fields due to less really happening for a game but many fans who can't be bothered reading the books or even summaries online seem to really want to play it, so if Epic could just use a bit of artistic license, we could have a pretty nice mini campaign DLC of it. Especially nice would be switching back and forth from Marcus, Carlos, Helena and possibly Tai to Dom, Hoffman and two commandos if we Pesanga aren't an option.

All of those are just variant skins on the originals. Same with Thrashball Cole or Soldier Adam. Those characters, or their variants, are based all on campaign characters. Carlos has been dead for over three years during Judgment.

So where is the standard non-savage Marauder, and where do I find the hunter and Marauder in Campaign?

Those are both variant skins of the Grenadier and Drone, respectively.

Yes but he's also in the Prologue of gears 3, not to mention he's a retiring character and he's been in previous games, Carlos hasn't been in any of the pervious games.

Exactly. I said all characters come from the campaign in one way or another. Carlos isn't even mentioned in the games.
