Default Bad dynamic shading with DX9 vs DX11

    DX11:

As you can see, DX9 causes severe quality loss.

Any suggestions? (I believe it is due to dynamic shading by the way, if I toggle dynamic shading through the console command, it looks significantly better. But I need dynamic shadows for my game. Toggling off dynamic shadows on the objects themselves does nothing.)
Please don't send me private messages asking how to use UDK unless it has to do with my work, everything I can teach is already out there.

I am not support, I am here to learn myself.
