Major reset question

I am honestly lost I just got deranked from a green
61 to a white 59 I only lost 3 weapon skins BUT I
have my medals just as they were Saturday nothing
got changed aside from my rank and weapon skins

Edit:If I can't fix it then it shouldn't matter people shouldn't get mad its just numbers and colors who cares

Yeah I've heard of people that got reset at green rank, got deranked back to a white 1, played a match and the white 1 became a white 80. I don't know how this happens but I guess some people just got lucky.
