Anyone has the same problem with me and any hints to solve this?

I think this is in the IB2 Master Bug List (here). I haven't checked it myself but the achievement is supposed to be unable to go past 24%
My is stuck at 1%, doesn't increase ever since. Is it normal?

if you're stuck at 1% you should report that in the Bug List thread so they can add it to their table on the first page. Make sure you tell them what device you have, what iOS version and which version of the game you have and also whether or not your device is jailbroken (if you don't know what that means, it isn't).

Been on 18% for ages.......
10% forever.
Mine was progressing very quickly since it was registering CMs from both my iPhone and iPad. But been stuck at 52% for a long time now.

Correction: Game CENTER
I think he actually meant the move counter in the game.
It's counter. I got the new TEL achievement, for example
For the blocking and dodging achievement Doomfree, I have to start a completely New save game, then these 2 start to move again. If u still using the same save game I doubt it'll work. Plus if you are near to completing the achievement you have to keep your device online, because I've sucked at 99% whereby I should be complete the blocking achievement simply because I wasn't online at that particular time @_@! Hope this helps
I tried new save even new installation. Doesn't move.
