I cant get to new game plus even after killing the god king 3 times
Did you look at your Character's save file in the settings? Because it normally comes up under your save file when you kill him

I think you just go to the pause menu, then settings and under "character slots" there should be an option for "New Game+"
this is why I'm hoping they'll ad an in game method to got to NG+ like they had in IB1. Took me forever to figure out that this^ is how you go to NG+

Going to NG+ has always made you lose everything, whether you do it by killing Bill or by clicking on "New Game+" in a menu. The only difference is that in IB2 you have NG and OG character slots. If that's what you're talking about there's nothing to stop them from doing exactly what I said and having the in game method create a NG character slot automatically.
