yeah I know what it was,I had my leader (untouchable) medal months ago onyxed, but I was allready again on 200/300 so I thought I gonna play some ctl with my dummy profile to fasten it up to have it on a second level, but then after 4 matches the game freezed when the game was done and when I had my xp points... and first I pulled out the disc but I didn't had my dashboardscreen so I turned of my xbox... then again on a badda bing there it was
the funny part is that I dreamed of it the night before it happend to me really crazy so I'm still on 210 now, I'm scared it would happen again...

Glad you got your rank back, though you should only use this forum for any issues you want resolving.

If your screen freezes again, eject the disk rather than shutting down your system.
You can also check your Gears profile on your harddrive to find out if its become corrupt. The file size would have changed and a (!) icon will be displayed. if you see this, go ahead and delete it. You'll download it back off the servers when ou fire up the game.

If that happens, delete your player data before you load up the game again. The game will then pull your player data from the servers and you'll be fine. In fact, if you ever think you might get reset just check your player data. If it's less than 64kb(or less than 68kb if you've re-upped), delete it. Then load up the game and you'll be good to go.

and no lol, didn't dream of the lucky numbers I wish mostly when I didn't play the lottery I have 50% of the numbers, when I play...nothing

third...I had a reset so why can I not put it on the issue forum? this is an issue, like any other issues here..., there where hundreds issues here with people who are reset and don't have any solution, finally there's one with a happy ending! if it was a tehnical issue indeed I could place it in the technical issue part of the issue forum

4th like I said in the mess, I DID pull out my disc first... didn't work! and offcours after 2 times reloading yr data and being on level one people go to there harddrive and it said corrupted on the file

Oh pheewww that's a relief. This happened to me a couple of weeks ago while playing horde. It frozed on me twice when I finished a wave and on the second time I was reset! Lucky for me that I had a backup save at the time and recovered everything that I previously lost. I really hope that Epic fixes this problem in Judgment. It is unacceptable to have this problem lingering since Gears of War 2.

I think this is the reason why EPIC doesn't make gears judgement... I'm 100% sure they knew of this problem before release...
