Please help with Localization files (editing) AliceMR

I want to translate english files to my native language Turkish.i opened .int files with wordpad and i translated 1-2 sentences.To see changes i restarted game but it doesn't work(still english). I moved the file that i changed to desktop but game finds subtitles somewhere that i didn't know.
-Where can be these files for translating subtitles(in videos and voices)
I downloaded UDK but it is useless for me i want translate not programming
The game: Alice Madness Returns

in other localization folder i found nothing just tips and some unnecessary dialog (game notifications etc.)
All i want translatedialogs video subtitles to Turkish.
What can i do for that ?. Is there anything else to do for that ? ex: editing font files for some characters . ???

Generally, you're doing right.
Verify that you're using the INT language set in your config files.

PS:
Yes, it's a wrong place. Alice Madness Returns is not Unreal Tournament 3. And it is developed and published by a different company than Epic Games, Inc..

THAnks but didn't worked that too it is alread set to INT.And when i changed language from regedit from en_US to EN_GB this time subtitles doesn't show up.

Bythe way till admins delete this post i am waiting your help.Then i wll ask the question right place
