I think they messed up Baird pretty bad, he has some of the best multiplayer lines but online we get stuck with the same **** lines over and over. I´m sick of hearing "mmm juicy" "nice" or "C´mon man", what happened to the classic " EAT **** AND DIE!" line?

He has about 5 other variations for every action but we never hear them. They better get it right in Judgement.

I think Anthony Carmine was ruined do to his lines being messed up, and Hoffman too. I expected him to have more powerful,inspirational lines. Instead, when I headshot someone all he says is "Ooh, the spider factor" or half the time nothing at all.

I use Theron Elite and General RAAM in Guardian and do just fine.

I think the lack of lines and speech during online play while on dedicated servers has ruined some characters and some lines you will never hear unless you play private and tiny guns annoys me a bit but what he is saying I think is someone who plays as a slender character such as female gears, myraah and savage kantus would have trouble when playing as bulky characters such as therons and RAAM

Oh same here but What I'm saying is that I doubt ppl use myrahh and savage kantus just because they look "cool" but because of this hitbox advantage myth. I'm not sure if it's exactly true but
From my experience, i have a harder time killing those two because of this called hitbox advantage and sponging.

I don't sponge anything when playing as Queen Myrrah except Boomshots. I feel guilty for it, but she's my favorite character.

Amazingly, if you play as the actual character, their voice isn't annoying. :P

Jace because it could have been Drake's voiceover and Hoffman because I used him exclusively in GoW1, then GoW2 I switched between Hoffman and Kim, and I was looking forward to using Hoffman in GoW3 but he is arguably the largest character in the game (Largest hitbox).

Prescott's voice is annoying. All the characters with small weapons are ruined. Bernie w/ Sam's grunts just sounds silly (and her hair clipping into the gun...). Oh, and of course, Anthony. LambentHammerburst knows how to fix A Carmine's lines, but EPIC apparently don't

The hitbox thing may be a myth but sponging is not and from all the games I've played when fighting female characters and both kantus, they tend to be the ones that sponge the most.

Cole has so much skins it's no longer fun to use, and I don't like how the Gears 3 Cole shrinks guns, just like the females and Recruit Clay.

Anthony hands down. It's like using another Clay skin. Besides, he doesn't have the same voice actor like in the previous games (I play a version in Spanish, his VA is different to that of Ben and Clay, who DO have the same).

Tai looked better in Gears 2. I understand that it's a younger version, but they COULD have reused the armor, just like with Kim.

Jace annoys me for some reason.

Savage Grenadier and all the non-Savage Locust except Therons, Kantus and RAAM. I swear I can barely hear most of their lines, despite how high the volume on my TV is.

I personally have no issues with Myrrah in MP. Yes many people used her but that's what happens when there's a Battle Mistress medal but only the one female Locust character. I find her lines funny and OTT.
The thing that weirds me out is that she sounds like Dr. Chackwas from Mass Effect (same voice actor): "Commander".

Nope. While I agree that the situation is overblown, it's not a myth and a small advantage is still that. An advantage.

Example: It would be ridiculous if some people upon spawn had Lancer bullets that did very slightly more damage.

I agree with what everyone is saying about Myrrah but i never really liked any of the Carmines or Jace for that matter but they really didnt do a good job with him. I know its hard to just make a character that has never been in the story but locust need a new female character !! :P maybe Myrrah wearing different armour or something but otherwise I think everyone is fine

For me it's definitely Marcus. I was playing the Gears 3 campaign earlier with friends and noticed he says alot more humurous/awesome things.

I thought the characters were fine except for Big Rig Dizzy. Its kinda weird playing as him in my opinion. He doesn't seem battle ready.

They ruined Tai just a bit, mainly because of his appearance, he's so skinny and yellow, it's off putting, Gears 2 appearance would of been a welcome additon

Everyone playing as a female character hoping that the smaller hitboxes will make them unstoppable. I always get in 5 anya+5 myrrah or 2 anya+3 marcus+5 myrrah lobbies. Non-LE commando dom ftw.
