Gow3 after GowJ

What do you think will happen to Gow3 multiplayer after GowJ is released? Will the matchmaking "die"?



Personally, If Judgement is going to be a success, I'm going to go and dig a deep hole in my back yard, throw my copy of Gow3 in it, fill the hole with sulfuric acid, cover it with a large rock, set a bonfire on it and dance around it in women's underwear singing "Living on a prayer".

Still playing 1 and 2,will put that in the rotation with the rest and enjoy when I can or when they do not piss me off too much....enjoy your "wears"........hope the neighbors don't live close....

Considering that GoW 3 is already a wasteland compared to the other online shooters (which all are so much less fun then gears of war /opinion). I would say yes it will be a player base that will be 97% evaporated, seeing as that process has already started.

7th generation of gaming rides on the coat tails of Hype, and people don't expect enough out of the titles they buy, as well as play games for having fun, like we all did for 34 years during the 1st thru 6th generation of gaming. /stopsgoingofftopicnot

People will stay play Gears 3 like people are still playing Gears 1 and 2 now.

I just low how people say Gears is "a wasteland compared to the other online shooters".
It's just so damn funny. There's over 40 million players on Xbox Live - meaning if you're in the top 10 - even being #10 -- your game is NOT dead.

Depends on how gowj is! But most likely, I won't be playing gow 3. Just like i don't play gow or gow 2 at all. Unless gowj really suck, which i don't think it will.

I probably won't play it much if Judgment is really good, although I'm more likely to play Gears 3 after Judgment's release than I am to play Gears 1 or 2 now. I've put Gears 1 in twice since 9/20 and haven't so much as opened my Gears 2 case.

I have not read anything that states there will be other multiplayer modes other than Overrun and the Campain. That being said, Gow3 will be the on competive options for vs multiplayer.

That's the same thing I am wondering. There would need to be other modes for people to feel the need to move onto another game. We don't know yet.

It's already been stated there will be standard MP in Judgment. You need to follow Rod on Twitter. He stated that awhile ago.
