Yeah maybe in the next couple years probably after a few games have been released. So it may be a while.

who knows, epic might release ue4 as a free to use game engine but with all the same licence agreements as udk. udk might become ue4 just with prebuilt content
but all udk document must be change since editor have change . and one question : so unreal engine 4 use directly c++ code is this means unreal script no need and must be remove .yeah?
No pixxie, UnrealScript is gone in UE4. What you're seeing in that video is C++ code.

doesnt matter to me if it has unreal script or c++, to be honest the video is displaying very minimal stuff when it comes to programming so unless there is a article that states from epic them selves that unrealscript will not be in the game engine im sticking to its possible it wont rather then it will defiantly wont
We had this discussion already in another, very long and hotly debated thread.
UnrealScript is gone from UE4.
In its place is Kismet 2.0, and what appears to be a C++ layer of gameplay code sitting between the native C++ and Kismet (right where Unreal Script used to be).
I wouldn't get too excited, it's pretty unlikely we'll see a UE4 UDK for quite some time yet (give it a couple of years). One will come though, and I'd expect it to have very similar licensing terms to the current UDK.
It's been made very clear that there is no UnrealScript in UE4 - and yes this has come from Epic.
- Please do not send me questions regarding programming or implementing things in UDK via Private Message. I do not have time to respond and they are much better answered in the forums. -
As Ambershee has said unrealscript will be removed now whether you like it or not it will be removed and replaced by c++ which means the gameplay programming language will now be c++ and anyway no need to explain it all here there are tons of threads concerning UE4 and unrealscript's removal,
